Global NVH Optimisation and Acoustic Innovation - Germany


From 2001 to 2014 at Daimler Buses GmbH, Germany, helped safeguard and improve the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance of three commercial vehicle model ranges.
The Project was to develop and implement a new insulation strategy to delivered measurable improvements in functionality, cost reduction, safety, and constructibility—secured with a patent.

Automotive Engineering & Product Development - India
From 2014 to 2019 helped lead – Product Engineering, with responsibility for prototyping, testing, and homologation. Helped lead and develop a team of 25 prototyping and testing professionals to achieve business goals while ensuring efficiency across departments.
Key initiatives included the introduction of a standardised global testing checklist, database, and driver licensing methodology, streamlined processes and ensuring worldwide consistency. Beyond testing, led a cross-functional collaboration for the coach platform, coordinating with more than 50 engineers to secure successful product outcomes.
The above also required oversight of the type approval and the homologation team ensuring full compliance for all Indian bus products.

Advancing Occupational Safety and Acoustic Health Standards - Switzerland
From 2019 to 2022 helped his Swiss employer develop long-term strategies to align with the organisation’s new corporate direction. Led a specialised acoustics team, the work included consulting 130,000 insured companies—20,000 of which had noise-related hazards—and conducted approximately 300 annual assessments on occupational diseases and accidents.
Key contributions included the design and delivery of training programs and technical publications on “Noise and Vibrations in the Workplace,” enhancing awareness and knowledge across industries. Collaborated with occupational medicine specialists and the regulator. These efforts significantly elevated the capacity to improve compliance, reduce risks, and foster a stronger culture of workplace safety.
Also received Certification as a Safety Engineer (EKAS) and ASGS Expert.
